Question: What filter media is included?
Answer: No media is included. You need to buy filter batting for first section(top bin of left side of filter tank), ceramic material (convenient when in bags) for second stage leftmost filter tank) and activated charcoal for middle stage. Rightmost part of filter tank is for pump alone.

Question: Are your tanks tested for water leaks and do the ship with extreme care
Answer: My tank was shipped in wooden crates. There were no leaks, no issues at all. It is running great and my fish love there new home!
